Refund Policies
- If you've got any problem with the services provided by our website you'll get in-tuned with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email are going to be provided).
- Refunds are going to be made:
- Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is not yet started.
- Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
- No refunds would tend if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete information or the address.
- All costs of return got to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the service received is problematic)
Cancellation Policies
- If you've got to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It’s impossible to cancel a part of your order. We recommend you cancel the whole service and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
- All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 5% of your total service value.
- There are circumstances when the corporate may need to cancel a specific order.
- If a service is to be canceled in any case the procedure, the individual return policy of the seller applies.
